Back in July we officially launched The Packaged Deal. If youve been following my page, Im sure you have seen the different posts regarding Packaged Deal and have wondered what it is and what exactly we do. The Packaged Deal is MORE than just a softball clinic. The Package Deal is a group of 4 former Division 1 athletes - Jen Schroeder (UCLA, catching), Katie Schroeder (UCLA, hitting), Morgan Stuart (Washington, infield) and myself (Texas A&M, pitching)- coming together for an interactive clinic experience with lower participation numbers that not only works on the physical mechanics of softball, but also helping players with their confidence on and off the field. We each have our own specialization, but we come together for the same mission - to help teach girls how to feel confident, tough, learn to compete and create THEIR OWN story. Us 4 have had our HIGHS and we have had our lows, but we truly believe we were brought together for the purpose to teach and make an impact on this game of softball. Amongst the 4 of us, we not only played in the Womens College World Series but we have all played in The Championship Series. 2 of us were crowned as National Champions (Morgan & Katie) and 2 were National Runner Up (Amanda & Jen). We are getting the opportunity to travel across the country and touch young girls lives while teaching the game of softball. We are all so passionate and on a mission to teach OUR mission.
