Back in Manila! Delayed flight. Long taxi queue. Finally got a taxi to take me home. When the taxi got out the airport compound I noticed the taxis meter was different. It measures only the distance covered in kilometer. I asked how much per km. He answered, 1km = 10 pesos. He said it clearly. So I decided to go on with the taxi until Megallanes and take a regular one. We took the skyway. Paid 20 pesos. Drop off: Total distance covered was 4.1 km. So I was expecting to pay 41 pesos only but he billed me 400 pesos!!! I tried to argue. I was tired. I haggled. Paid him 300. ANGELA TAXI (White) TVL 162 Mag-ingat baka mabiktima and good night!
