Back in Ubud, Bali for my last 2 nights here in Indonesia. Flying back to Vancouver from Denpasar, Bali on Monday night... gain a day, but still dont get there til Tuesday morning. My Bali guide, Made (mah-day), picked me up this afternoon at the fastboat dock in Pandang Bai, took me back to the art studio to pick up the paintings I ordered before I left Ubud for Lombok. Wow, did they (different artist for each painting) do fantastic work! Last stop, the textile workshop... found a beautiful piece of hand-crafted Balinese silk fabric for someone special back in Queen Charlotte :)
