Back into Strongman Saturday sessions. Worked up to a heavy yoke walk, did a couple of drop sets, then followed it up with an emom of axel overhead walking lunges, strict muscle ups, and heavy DB snatches. Here is my top set at 300 kilos. Yokes are fantastic for general strength training, skeletal loading, and training the midline - need to brace the hell out of that thing when it starts getting heavy!
