Back on the fourth Sahara had jumped off the back my chair. She landed on a piece of broken wicker basket and it went into the bottom of her foot. Jimmie and I removed what we saw sticking out. The next day, Grandma took her urgent care. They x-rayed it and said it was okay. However, she has continued to limp and complain of pain. Thursday, we took her to her pediatrician. The bottom of her foot was hard and swollen and still painful. She ordered an ultrasound. According to the ultrasound this morning, she still has a piece in her foot. So now we have a referral to a pediatric surgeon. Life is never boring
