Back to Back workout today. MAN OH MAN. If you think Piyo is tough on its own, try it after a brutal shoulder and calf workout with supersets and dropsets!! I NEEDED my Results and Recovery formula today. This Dallas heat is brutal but I loooooove working out in our garage. I hit the shoulders from all angles today including standing thumbs up rear delt flys with a resistance band. 20 reps 5 sets. BRUTAL !!!!! Oh and Piyo still made me sweat even more !! I think I need to start a Fit Club out here. What do you think ?? Music:Saosin
