Back to basics with this one guys ;) As always ensure you engage the back and #squeeze those shoulder blades! Be aware guys that the position of your arms impacts the #targeted #muscles, as demonstrated with the 3 kinds of #TRX #row below: Neutral, 45° and Upright Rows. The higher the elbows the more the shoulders are worked. Note: if you dont have access to a TRX you can use cable machines set to a weight that will support yours :)
