Back to my pre-pregnancy weight officially today (I glimpsed it briefly before Vegas and it vanished). Im a little flappier than I was a year ago at this weight, so Ill be focused on building MUSCLE (aka: toning). Very grateful that the process has been relatively easy. I tried to eat well, I had Shakeology daily, I followed the 21 Day Fix eating plan and added in extra food to account for breastfeeding. I got workouts in sporadically (heres hoping I can get more in as the pea learns to nap more regularly). I could not have done this on my own. Thank you to Beachbody for helping me to build a healthy body BEFORE pregnancy and to re-build my body after the baby was born. Thank you to my challenge groups and team for keeping me accountable every day -- even when I wasnt being 100% on program -- and helping me to remember than even a little bit of progress is STILL progress!
