Back to reality... Back from Australian Nationals and Masters. A quick trip, challenging surface (I havent bowled on pro anvilane previously) and approaches (slow). Best result was a 3rd in the open teams as part of a make up team.... not bad for a bunch of ringers :) Unfortunately Masters first round finals didnt go so well as I struggled with my swing/body position and hitting target so didnt make the next round. It had been a couple of years since bowling internationally and The trip has confirmed that I want to bowl overseas more - and also that I have more work to do to compete - and most importantly, in which areas I need to focus on. More hard work coming - but I look back and see what I have achieved in the last year or so and look forward to more significant improvements to come.
