Backburner Press is opening its first call for submissions! We are a new, student run small press on campus looking to publish writers of fiction, nonfiction, poetry and everything in between (And in any combination)! We are looking to publish 3 chapbooks each semester, followed by an anthology at the end of the 2015 academic year! We will work on a rolling submission basis, so once you submit once, your work will continue to be considered for future publications, but feel free to submit more than once if you have new work or new edits you’d like us to consider! We request a minimum of 10 double spaced pages of work across any genre. The deadline for our first chapbook is Friday, October 3rd.
