Background: This is a friends ( Skevi Papaconstantinou) female German Shepherd cross, She is 3 years old, rescued when she was 4 months old from the breeder, she was kept in a small cage and was fed maybe every couple of days. Problems: When the neighbour comes out and the dog senses her, the dogs acts as you can see in the video and also barks like crazy. She also acts like that when she hears the owners car when they come back home. Otherwise she is very calm and quiet. The neighbour has been complaining about the barking, and the owners have to find a solution or re-home the dog. Thanks in Advance.
