Hopefully new idea for School lunch box 1/2 small onion Diced bacon or diced ham 1/2 tin pineapple crushed or pieces in juice 3 or 4 cups SR flour 1 cup warm water 1/2 to 1 cup pineapple juice from tin Pinch salt I cooked the diced onion and bacon then combined most into the flour mixture and added most of the pineapple.
