Bacup Market will play host to a ‘Hippie’ Arts and Craft Market on Saturday 13 September from 10am to 3pm, as part of the 2nd annual Rossendale 60’s Festival. Alison Wilkins, Locality Manager at Rossendale Council said “Stalls are just £5 for the day and we are looking for local crafters and artists to be part of the market. There will be live music and entertainment on the market and we are encouraging traders to dress 60s style for the day, so there should be a really good atmosphere.” Stalls will be located on Bacup Market alongside the general retail market and the event well be widely advertised.
