Bad Breath: A few tips to help fight it. 1.Brush and floss more often(brush your tongue) 2.Regular dental check up (keep gums healthy) 3.Avoid foods that sour your stomach 4.Rinse your mouth often 5. If you smoke, try to quit 6. Dry mouth? drink plenty of water during the day to keep your mouth moist 7. See a Dr. if it persists and make sure a medical condition isnt the cause. (WebMD)
