Bake Sale donation information - Each student is required to donate to the Bake Sale, so please have your student bring their donation to their Section Leader. If you are sending baked goods, please send 1 dozen homemade or store-bought items (no cupcakes, please.) So that we will have enough of each item, please donate according to your student’s last name. Student’s Last Name Item to Donate A thru C 1 case of water (16.9 oz. size) D thru I 1 case of soda (either Coke, Pepsi, Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, 7-Up or Mtn. Dew) J thru Z 1 dozen baked goods (homemade or store-bought (no cupcakes, please) Donations Drop-Off Schedule · Tuesday, Dec. 3rd - during the school day in the Band Room · Wednesday, Dec. 4th - during the school day in the Band Room · Wednesday, Dec. 4th - at evening “Call Time” (6pm for Jazz Ensemble and 6:30pm for all other students) for the Concert, in the Auxiliary Gym at the Bake Sale Table Bake Sale Volunteers Needed: please reply back to this email to let me know that you can be there to help us set-up at 6pm, or sell at 6:30pm, at Intermission or after the concert.
