Bakery by numbers: Next Friday & Saturday we have 1 television premiere, 1 fashion show fundraiser & 4 weddings. Serving aprox 2,503 guests, 3 wedding cakes, 80 pretzels, 180 cupcakes, 252 mini cupcakes, 576 donuts and somewhere in the neighborhood of 4,716 bite sized desserts. All totaling around 484 dozen items! All of which dont include our normal day-to-day offerings at the bakery. A few more numbers... we have 1 freezer, 2 ovens, 3 coolers and 9 chefs (possibly a few less after they see what theyre in for next week!). Wish us luck and dont forget to give your friendly baker a smile next week, were guessing theyll need it!
