Bakul turned 7 today. There are some things I am proud of. When we started, no one believed that the experiment with volunteerism, the experiment of demonstrating change without funding is not possible. Thankfully, we made it possible and have lasted and grown these 7 years. At the same time, there are so many things we could have done. I would like to imagine (conveniently of course) that Bakul was a pilot so far, and its now that the real work will start. Hope we can build on all the goodwill we achieved thanks to the sincere efforts of the volunteers, and scale up our work and impact and contribute to the volunteering revolution that will bring about substantive change in society.
