Baltimore is a good place to live considering whats going on elsewhere. Cops here are not brutal like that, they might crack slick every once and a while but things are pretty good in Maryland. I dont see a riot breaking out in baltimore anytime soon so my fellow baltimoreans you have nothing to worry about. New York, Chicago, St. Louis,Florida you all have a lot to worry about when it comes to the law. Only thing brutal about baltimore is the cost of living in certain areas, gangs and gas. Everyone basically get along and I see the attitude of people here have changed for the better. I guess its all according to where you hang at and what kind of crowd you hang with.
