We are very pleased to announce that the Centre will be offering a brand new online course on Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution from 30 July to 9 September, 2014. The course is delivered by Dr. Alexandru Balas. The course introduces participants to the contemporary debates and approaches in the interface between human rights and alternative dispute resolution, including cutting-edge topics such as the potential role of Online Dispute Resolution. This six weeks long certificate course is aimed at professionals working within the United Nations, government officials, NGO staff, development workers, human rights advocates, ADR practitioners, academics and students. The course can also optionally be taken for 2 Masters level academic credits offered by UPEACE. Applications are limited to 20 participants for the course.
