Banana Bread Protein Muffins Ingredients: 3/4 cup (150g) ripe banana 3/4 cup egg whites 1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt 3/4 cup oats 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1/4 cup baking stevia or 1/2 cup sweetener 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 350. I lined muffin tin with parchment liners (the paper ones will stick because there is no flour). 2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 3. Divide mixture between 12 muffin liners. 4. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Macros (per muffin): 84 calories 9g protein 14g carbs (13g net carbs) 1g fat 1g fibre
