Let me share some facts intrinsic to IELTS exam with you: 1. Get prepared mentally more than academically. 2. Be indifferent to the sense of novelty and posh atmosphere of the exam venue. 3. Prick your ears and tune them to listen every single utterance the examiner makes while speaking test goes on. Being relevant is more important than speaking endlessly with grandeur collection of words. Choose to be moderate in using vocabulary. 4. You are likely to get a lower score in writing, no matter how well you write, only here the examiner has their own liberty to give you marks as s/he wishes. 5. This exam is an acid test upon which your psychology is put. The more you are calm and focused, the more your score rises. Good wishes to all future IELTS-takers!
