#BarackObama is either lying or he has made a potentially deadly statement to the people of Africa and to us, too. In the affected countries, people pack onto trains, trams, streetcars and buses closer than sardines. They are jammed in much closer than 3 feet apart. They are literally cheek-to-jowl. If someone coughs or sneezes, the droplets can easily land on the next persons face, do directly into their eyes or onto their lips and then be taken quickly into the body via mucous membranes. That is contact transmission of a very direct nature.
