Barbecued Country-Style Ribs * Ingredients: 3 to 4 pounds country-style pork ribs (not boneless) 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 cup dark corn syrup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon chili powder * Preparation: Place ribs in a large Dutch oven or stock pot; and add water to the depth of about 1 inch; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. In 1-quart saucepan, mix together remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Drain ribs; brush with sauce.
