Barclays Bank -- today Im sharing my experience after I had passed by long an inefficient process reached to that dead-end, Friday 7th February at 18.06 we went to New Maadi branch beside grand mall, to deposit 550LE, then after depositing the amount in the ATM machine unlucky to receive an error message to refer back to another machine, I started the normal process by calling their customer service and informed me after 48 hours we will check if the amount already deposited or not, then after 48 hours nothing appeared in my account !!! I did another objection and they mentioned that I have to await for another 5 working days, at the end they simply informed me that nothing founded after we counted the ATM machine and please check if you deposited them or not !!! lastly i escalate the issue by sending an e-mail but unfortunately nothing happened !!! I had never passed by that frustrated scenario with any bank before, by the way they consider me as VIP customer as Im carrying golden card .... I closed my credit card immediately and unfortunately no legal path I could follow
