Basically, the old woman in the picture is trying to pay her fare to the driver. The driver asks if she is a senior citizen and if she is traveling with anyone. The lady says yes and that she is traveling alone and the driver tells her that payment is not necessary. When she asks why he then says that he doesnt charge senior citizens if they are traveling by themselves. Regardless of how many senior citizens are riding with him the ride is free. He then says that it feels good to help and that he is sure that there is some way she helped him.
