Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) which renders assistance to indigenous small scale Enterprises invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant positions; Regional Manager To formulate and implement operational plans for rapid creation and growth of MSME’s with efficient use of available resources within the region. Post Graduate degree or Chartered professional qualification in Business, Economics, Marketing or Finance. Communications, Marketing and Public Relations Manager To plan, Coordinate and conduct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favourable national and international image of the corporation. Degree or professional qualification in Marketing or public relation or related qualification plus 5yrs experience in a similar environment. Finance Manager To establish and maintain Financial and management procedures for the Corporation. He/ she will also be expected to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as relating to the Corporation. CA (L), CIMA, ACCA plus a minimum of 3years in a supervisory or managerial position. Legal Advisor To provide accurate and timely legal advice to the Corporation and all Corporate matters. The incumbent will also be expected to support the Corporation in the identification and management of legal risks to the Corporation. LLB with at least 5 years experience obtained as a mix of corporate law & practice. Membership of Chartered Secretaries qualification (CIS) or advanced studies towards the qualification are highly preferred Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Corporation; assisting the M&E Manager in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports on projects progress and will monitor the projects activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the Projects and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities. BA degree in Economics with a minor in Statistics and a minimum of 2yrs experience in a similar environment.
