The TV series ran from 1966-1968 on ABC for 2 years and ABC canceled the Show. Michael Uslan brought Batman Ideal to Warner Brothers Studios 1988 to be Release in fall of 1989 The role of Batman was played by Michael Keaton and Star Powered Jack Nicholson as the Joker Batman, Warner Bros like the movie they renew for another. The second movie the guest villains were Christopher Walken, Danny De Vitto as the Penguin and Michelle Pfeiffer as Cat Woman 1992 Batman Returns. Michael Keaton told them that he wasn’t returning. This made them audition another Batman the roles were offered to William Baldwin, Johnny Depp, and Daniel Day Lewis, but they went with Val Kilmer in this Batman Movie they bring back the role of Robin which was played by Chris O’Donnell and the Villains were Jim Carrey as the Riddler and Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face. Producers didn’t return Val Kilmer as Batman because he had bad reviews, So they went after George Clooney for the part of Batman and kept Chris O’Donnell as Robin, this movie villains were Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy and Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze and introducing Alicia Silverstone as Batgirl. 1997 was last year for Batman in this Century. Tim Burton in 2004 brought Batman the Dark Knight in 2004 and part of Batman was played Christian Bale. In 2008 Christian Bale once again plays Batman and Heath Ledger who play best Joker of all time over Jack Nicholson performance. Christian Bale as Batman in The Knight Rises Villain were Ann Hathaway as Cat Woman and Tom Hardy as Bane. Christian Bale announces he will not be returning back as Batman. The Dark Knight Rises will be in our History books as one of Batman worst night when those movie viewers who killed and injured in Aurora Colorado at Century Aurora Movie theater. I wonder if that had a part of reason that Christian Bale is not returning. Henry Cavill is Superman along with Ben Affleck is Batman. The movie is Set to premier in the summer of 2015. What do you think of Ben Affleck playing Batman I hope will be better than Dare Devil. Who would like to see play Batman my first Choice was Gerard Butler .
