Battling ropes! A great way to do some muscle building cardio. I did them today tabata style.. tabata is a type of high intensity interval training that consists of 20 second burst of an exercise, followed by 10 seconds rest. Immediately go back into another 20 second burst, followed by 10 seconds rest. This is continued for 8 total cycles. Great way to get burn some fat! Try it with kettlebell swings, bodyweight squats, box jumps, running, or any other high intensity exercise you enjoy doing!
