Instead it is a Convenient cover for the most massive transfer of Power to the Executive Branch of government that has EVER occurred or even been contemplated. If this law, or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will be effectively Distroyed. ( It was passed into law). The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legistrative and Judicial branches of the US Government. Also forget the right to privacy, that will have been legistrated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide, (which it has). If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, there will be a TAX imposed on you. It is called tax, instead of Fine because of the Intent to AVOID APPLICATION of the DUE PROCESS clause of the 5th amendment. USA is financially bankrupt, owing ( as of 2010, and growing) China $894.8 BILLION, Japan $766.7 BILLION a NATIONAL DEBT OF $13,189,193,996,874.56 The ONLY ASSET of the US GOVERNMENT is the TAXPAYER. Every man, woman, and child is in debt of $42,000.00. In 2009 tax Revenue was $14.8 trillion, government spending $24.7 trillion. We are a morally corrupt nation, there is a murder every 30 min, there is a rape every 2 min, there is a robery every 15 seconds, and Major theft every 5 seconds. Nations that do not have Christianity call the USA satanic. The earthquakes, sinkholes, super storms, flooding are on the increase, and they will get worse.
