Be a Servant Mark 9:35 has been coming to mind in this battle. Be a servant to all. Nobody wants to be taken advantage of, but if we truly want to seek a heart of humility, scripture portrays that of the meekness of a servant. True humility is a beautiful thing. It is not a disciplinary action. It is a privilege to be able to be a part of blessing others, and in turn, we ourselves will be blessed. Sometimes we get so overwhelmed by the cares of the world. We spend so much energy seeking our own advancement that we miss out on the blessing, and journey of helping others. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. — James 4:6 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. — Romans 12:10 Real humility is a sign of strength, authentic confidence, and courage. It is the mark of a true man.
