His Holiness the Dalai Lama has arrived in Oslo, Norway and is now delivering a speech, as two groups in support of him and opposing him compete in shouting slogans outside the Oslo Grand Hotel. His Holiness welcomes the pro-China protesters who are shouting stop lying, mentioning the importance of the freedom of expression.
