I payed my phone bill and my carrier, who sucks by the way, tried charging me AGAIN, a different amount, 5 1/2 hours later and would give me no explanation as to why they did it. When I have to replace my phone, I will then be going with a different carrier. The want to rip people off, they will be losing my business. METRO PCS is pure GARBAGE.
