Be extra careful of your personal bags when shopping in ROBINSONS METROEAST safety and security in that area is a major disappointment!! My mom was pushed by a group of people in an escalator and lost her balance, then noticed that the zip of her bag opened, and her wallet taken. We immediately rushed to security ofc. / admin, asking them to review the cctv since it was just a aprx 5 minutes when the incident took place, hoping that there will be greater chance of knowing who the culprits are, where they went etc., but then they kept on making us wait until finally all they said was, there is an ongoing event and all cctv monitors are focused solely on them, only one cctv monitors that escalator area, it would be very difficult for them to check it, least they can do is ask the janitors if they found a wallet thrown in thrash bins, and would gladly return it back if found!!! WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! Whats the CCTV for if they will not be used for paying consumers !!! THEY REALLY ARE A FAILURE WITH SECURITY, there was even an instance of BIG TIME ROBBERY in that mall that caused media frenzy!!!😡😡😡
