Bear crawls, jump ropes, and push presses. If you cant guess which two scared me yesterday, its crawls and ropes! Its quite obvious why those two movements have been extremely difficult for me. They were both in yesterdays WOD and when I saw it written on the board, I wanted to leave. Of course I didnt. But, in retrospect, about 5 months ago I couldnt do one single under. Now Im doing WODs with hundreds of them and stringing 30-40 together. A year ago I bear crawled about 15 feet and had to stop multiple times and it took forever. Now, I bear crawl about 25 feet multiple times in a WOD and while its still hard, its quicker and more efficient. So, yesterday I was feel pretty strong. Progress is always a good thing and sometimes you have to step back and look at it to really appreciate it. In case I havent mentioned it, I LOVE this shit!!!
