Beardstown High School and Middle School (grades 5-12) will have an Open House (meet and greet) Monday, August 18th. It will begin at 6:30 PM and will run until 7:31 PM. The purpose is to allow the students and parents the opportunity to go through the students schedule and become familiar with the building. The night will begin with Zero Hour and run through 8th Hour with each period lasting 5 minutes giving the teacher the chance to briefly share expectations and course content. Locker numbers and combinations will be distributed that evening. Come out and join us and let our staff introduce themselves to you and your child. This is a reminder that all 6th and 9th grade students must have proof of health examination and proof of immunization on file before they are allowed to attend school. If your child has not had a physical and immunizations done and all proper paperwork submitted then they will not be allowed to attend school until this is done.
