Beast run today............. 10k in 51:30...... not bad for 58 years old :) That is the only thing I miss from the law enforcement days is chasing rabbits. Those are the kids and 20 year olds that like to run from cops especially at the underage drinking parties or when they were trespassing. It was always great to run them down and make them do the march of shame back to their buddies. And of course I had to do a bit of trash talking about getting the smack put on them by a guy twice their age. I really poured it on as the tickets were being written so they left without any self respect or credibility with their friends.
