Beautiful Fran is a 2 year old girl that came into the shelter with her friend SAM - ID#A0969676 (available in super urgents) Unfortunately, Fran is not loving the shelter too much, and her fear has earned her a New Hope rating. Fran is confused and scared, she does not know where she is and why she is here. I would be just as scared as she is if I were in a scary place like that. Fran deserves a chance at a great life, once she is put into the right environment, one where she feels safe and loved, she will come out of her shell and be the best companion you could ever ask for.
