Hello All~ Some of you are starting Week 3 tomorrow and I am so proud of you! I have been so excited to hear all of the feedback and excitement from those of you who have increased your energy, lost weight, inches, sizes and body fat! Praise the LORD!!! So for those of you have completed the 14 day detox, you can now add in the following to week 2s protocol: *Optional not necessary - Low fat dairy cheese or low fat/non fat plain yogurt (Organic preferred) as protein & fat source. Limit to 1 serving per day. *Optional not necessary - ok to add decaf coffee although you probably wont want it or tea (no soda of any kind) *Optional not necessary ok to add other fruits of your choice but now limit to 1-2 servings per day total (not 3) *Cut down on fat if hitting a plateau *Optional not necessary lean Red meat ok as protein option limited to 1-2x per week - Organic only and trim fat. *Optional Avocados counted as a healthy fat *Optional Quinoa or Sprouted grain pasta in place of the sprouted grain bread counted as a grain (limit 2-3 servings per week) **Increase your workout Intensity and duration working up to most days of the week for 60 minutes.
