Beautiful day today. Since my knees from my fall are acting up and I am having some growing pains trying to run with my pink arm cast and sling ( per the doctor can only run if I stabilize the arm) Rod and I decided to take a hike to Franklin Bridge --8 miles there and 8 miles back. Had a picnic down by rattlesnake creek and when we were almost back went wading in the creek. Yes I kept my cast dry our feet are sore we are somewhat sunburned and windburned, Continue to be in awe of the beauty of the hike. when I can run again will go back and run the trail. awesome day spent with my hubby and fun and got some serious exercise in there too. love Montana. where else can you go 17 miles from our house to the franklin bridge and my husband ran from our house to close to the trailhead before I picked him up
