Beautiful mug / cup by Queens Rosina China in the Jacobean Roses pattern. This mug has multi motif of pink, white, yellow, blue flowers without any signs of use. One side of the mug has large flowers while the opposite shows smaller flowers. The actual colors are more vibrant, and the roses are more dusty rose than pink. The lines and marks you see are light reflections. A very beautiful mug / cup and I just cant seem to capture the correct colors and eliminate the reflections. The flowers have green leaves and the background of the plate shows light and dark green shades that emphasize the beauty of the flowers. To finish the spectacular detail the edge of the plate has a gorgeous wide gold trim. The plate has 12 equal sides. This plate has been on display and periodically washed, not used! The background is more of a lighter color than shown in the picture. The RS is derived from the founder, Reinhold Schlegelmilch, but it was the work of his sons, Arnold and Ehrhard that made the mark famous. With factories in Suhl and Tillowitz, a majority of their production was exported from 1892 until the beginning of World War I. The Suhl factory closed before the end of World War I; the Tillowitz factory remained operational until the beginning of World War II. Possibly by Libby One shaker has a bit of paint missing on the bottom side edge. The spot is smooth and is possibly a manufacturing flaw. Underneath the shakers the glass is clear, not black. The lids are a very shiny chrome color. Approx: 4 ¼ inches tall. Marked: Canada plus numbers and what might be a hint of perhaps a name but it is unreadable. $12.00 4 orange mugs by Corelle in excellent condition.
