Beautiful spayed female and well taken care of Golden Border - TopicsExpress

Beautiful spayed female and well taken care of Golden Border Retriever (Golden Retriever X Border Collie). About 5 and a half years old, was found as a stray on January 31st 2013. I have owned her since then and her name is Abbey or Abbigail, she weighs about 60lbs (large dog). Great girl, so pretty, and intelligent. Her flaw is her high energy, I just dont have the time and space for her anymore, plus my other dog and horses. She needs more than what I can give her in the near future. She stays outside in a kennel most days and comes inside at night. LOVES her tummy rubbed, especially when snuggling in the mornings. Will also wrestle wrestle and play. Can sit, sit pretty, lie down, and come here, plays fetch and loves toys. She has an infatuation with birds though anytime she is outside. CAN BE aggressive with small dogs (actually the biggest reason I have to see my sweet girl go is due to her twice showing large aggression towards my small Terrier), IS aggressive with cats and birds for sure. She would be best as an only pet, or with another large dog, Abbey gets along great with my parents senior husky mix. I believe she just doesnt truly know how big she is, so when she plays with them, she ends up injuring or killing them (birds). She is very playful and requires daily activity time. Her attention span can be short at times, and she is an escape artist, so its preferred that she has an electric fence system, as she respects her static training collar. She is up to date on all wormer, shots, flea, baths, etc. She will go to an approved home ONLY where I can keep updates on her. She will also go with her training collar and receiver, all toys, leashes, collars, some food (has always been on 4Health Salmon and Potato formula), 9 months supply of Sentinel, slow feed dish, and all paperwork/vet/license. Very loyal and sweet dog, she has had a minor history of separation anxiety, but hasnt done anything wrong in the last 6 months at least. More pictures in comments. Must sign contract that I may have the first right of refusal (I would have the first option to buy her back if for any reason she needed to go or was neglected in any way) Located in Richland, MI. $550.
