Beauty is so much more than a size 6 teenage bombshell on the front cover of a fashion mag. This beautiful little sole had a chance to come out of her shell in this shoot, and Im sure youll agree her youth and innocence screams beauty in this shot. Most women and many of you that have daughters, understand the pressures put on young girls and women to fit into a stereotypical mould that we consider beautiful. I see it so much in this industry and it pains me. Instill in your girls from the onset that beauty is not defined by the clothes we wear or the make up on our faces, its who we are as people, how we respect ourselves and treat others in this world that makes us beautiful. Its about time we start teaching the new generation of women how to love themselves from the inside out. Thank you Ruby for reminding me of that. Juanita, you share my passion, love your work x.
