Two quotes were received, one in the amount of $12,360.00 from Lindblad Construction and one from Gould Excavating in the amount of $13,298.00. Lindblad Construction also offered a quote of $15,680.00 to demolish the building. We have the option of doing nothing but there are serious safety issues. A motion was made by Commissioner Albritton, seconded by Commissioner Marcum to accept the quote from Lindblad Construction in the amount of $28,040.00.
