Because of The Challenge and Visalus, I have lost over 23 lbs, and more than 12 inches. I have HELPED TWO people lose at least 10 lbs! WE FED 4 KIDS in the process! And WE earned 40 chances to win $1000! We EARNED free t-shirts! Plus I have earned TWO free KITS! AND Helped the Michigan Economy! We have learned and practiced many new skills that have helped in our personal lives. I can wear a size 4! My smallest size all my life was an 8 and my biggest was an 18! And am HEALTHIER than I have ever been in my life. I can RUN a 5K non-stop...I was NEVER a runner! I quit basketball in the 5th Grade because I didnt want to run LOL! We have traveled even MORE, all over the country, and are going International next year! Made EXTRA money, and since its my business...I get to WRITE EVERYTHING OFF on my TAXES (i.e. BIGGER REFUND!) I have made MANY MANY friends as well as mended and rebuilt old friendships. I enjoy learning about me - what I need to learn, am a better follower, thus a better leader (READ THAT AGAIN!), and am a better listener while learning about people! So I dont know if The Challenge, losing 10 lbs or building 10 lbs of muscle, feeding kids, Earning chances at $1000, earning free t-shirts, travelling, making friends, learning and mastering new skills, having better relationships, eating healthier, feeling better, having MORE money in your pocket is for you... ALL I KNOW is my LIFE is better in EVERY way ALL because I ACCEPTED The Challenge. If you want at least one of those things for you and your family, then PM, text, or call me!
