Because of our income I decided to shut my cell phone off to save money back in Dec of last year. We use Verizon Wireless. Mary called Verizon to shut my phone off and they talked her into just suspending my phone for 6 months. What we or I didnt know is after the six months my phone came off of suspension I put it back on suspension so it could be shut off totally. That never happened and even though I suspended it again charges were building up. I called them and even though my phone was never used they still want me to pay the full amount. They want me to pay for something I wasnt using. I let them have it with both barrels. I know it fell on deaf ears to some guy that only works there and has to listen to people complaining all day plus Im out a lot of money.
