Because political campaigns are starting to get on my nerves this time of year Ill just say (as an independent, as most would say, because you cant walk the earth without a label so people can ridicule you): There is a way you dont have to vote for a lesser evil... dont vote. Its your duty as an American to make an educated decision on political issues and more often than not you are the wiser to not follow the split-hoofed heard on political issues. Do I have liberal views... yes. Do I have republican views... yes. Do I have democratic views... yes. Do I have socialist views... yes. In fact, I probably have some communist views. The one thing all my views have in common is that together, they dont discriminate. They dont call names. They dont harass. They dont berate. To The People who may feel like theyre being pressured to vote, if you feel it in your bones to be wrong even in the slightest way, dont do it. Most importantly dont let others make you feel like youre less of an American for not voting. Its more important to stick to your own morals than the morals of a combative few. Wasnt that what America was founded on? I think even the most political of followers often forget what freedom really is and blindly vote for the next puppeteer without question. Ok!
