PHAP hires recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and assigns them to work in state, tribal, local, and territorial public health agencies; community-based organizations; public health institutes and associations; academic institutions; and CDC quarantine stations to fill critical staffing gaps and gain broad experience in public health program operations.
