Personal Trainer and Co-Owner of Fit4Mom Hartford County - Stroller Strides, Jaclyn Parker, will kick off a 6 week high intensity workout session on select Tuesday nights in December and January. This cross-training class can be a wonderful compliment to the yoga practice for those looking to jump-start a healthier new year! 60min classes begin at 5:30pm and cost for entire session is $50.
