Beef stew with oranges and curry ingredients 500 g beef, lean (stew meat, tenderloin or roast) 400 ml of broth (beef broth or instant broth) 3 Orange (s), untreated 2 shallot (s) or 1 onion (s), red 2 toe / n garlic 3 tbsp curry paste, red curry powder or 1/2 cucumber (s) 1 cup plain yogurt olive oil Salt and pepper cayenne pepper Paprika, sweet and seductive some mint 1/2 bunch of coriander or Parsley, smooth, possibly preparation Working time: about 30 minutes / Cooking / Baking time: approx. 1 hr 10 min.. Then the orange segments with short release (they should only be warm when they mitköcheln too long, they fall apart) and serve. You might want to even add fresh chopped cilantro or parsley. Serve the stew with the Gurkenraita and can taste! Fits as a side dish basmati rice or other aromatic rice, potatoes go well or just baguette.
