Been asked face to face was I scared to death of this Ebola & asked my thoughts on the subject on a facebook post. Here are My thoughts on the Ebola scare right now: Stay prayed up! First & formost! Dont live in fear established by the goverment. Be smart/live smart! Eat healthy, exercise & take vitamins & herbs to keep your immune system up. Drink lots of water. Travel smart! Dont hang around sick people. Wash your hands. Do your general cleaning at home and in your vehicles. Teach your kids about covering their mouths etc and avoiding others who are sick & practice those teachings yourself. Live a normal life. Always keep a stocked pantry and emergency kit in vehicle for the unknown. ALWAYS Pray for others who are suffering any sickness including the ebola. Although scary, them bringing folks to Emory lets me know if I was to get sick, we have one of the top hospitals close by to be treated at. Theres the positive in a negative situation. Lol Here are some statics from CDC website, although we dont have an exact count of whos been affected by Ebola, we have an estimated worldwide count, and no America hasnt had much experience with it, but still if you look at the numbers, the common flu has taken out way more people in a year. Yes this is a very serious & real matter & I pray for all that is affected, but I believe the goverment and media has really over killed the opinion on the amount of fear you should truly be having.
